What we collect

• Quiz: first name, email, optional mobile number, and your answers: home goals, county, household income range, household size, credit range, buying timeline, what's been in your way, rent, lease end, recent home ownership, profession group, and homebuying worries.
• Class sign-up: name, email, optional mobile number and class date.
• Call request: name, email, mobile number, county and best time to call.
• All forms: your email and text consent choices, the wording version you saw, and the time.
• Security: a scrambled version of your IP address, used to limit spam and removed over time.
• Quiz usage: an anonymous random visit ID showing which steps were reached, not linked to your answers.

Browser storage

The quiz stores your progress in your browser for that session so a refresh doesn't lose your answers. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

Server logs

Our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs, such as IP address and browser type, to run and secure the site.

How we use it

• To show and email your summary
• To contact you about your request and your home search
• To send marketing emails or texts only if you opted in
• To stop spam and see where the quiz needs improving

Who we share it with

We share information with service providers that run the site for us: Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Follow Up Boss (customer records) and Google Workspace (email). We may also share information if the law requires it, or as part of a sale or transfer of our business.

We do not sell your personal information.

Text consent and phone numbers are not shared with third parties for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we need it to respond to you and run our business, or as long as the law requires.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe option in the email, or reply STOP to any text. To ask us to see, correct or delete your information, email mail@listinglawyers.com.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards, but no website or email system is completely secure.

Children

This site is for adults and is not directed to anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
